Referring a Student

If you are considering a referral, please see the referral form below.

It is important to note:

• The referral must come from a professional: Principal, Vice Principal, Teacher, Counsellor, Social Worker, Probation Worker, etc.
• The referral needs to be discussed with the school that the student is currently attending or last attended before being provided to Cornwall Alternative School.
